June 4 2024 Gladmans is appealing against Hala/ Bailrigg Lane refusal
Last week Gladmans signalled they will appeal against the November decision by Lancaster City Council to refuse 19/01135/OUT 644 dwellings houses on the greenfield site between Bailrigg Lane and Hala -see Newsbrief 108. A notice appeared in the Lancaster Guardian p48 signalling Gladmans’ intention to appeal.
This notice is Gladmans’ statutory notice to any landowners of tenants before appeal on land they do not own or where they do not know the ownership. Residents will be notified once the Council receives the appeal and details on the type of appeal ie: public inquiry.
Thank you so much to the CLOUD member who alerted us to this notice. This gives time to plan for the appeal and let residents know it will likely happen.
