9 November 2018 Newsflash Chapel Lane application deferred

I received a call this afternoon from Tessa Mott at the Democracy Office for Lancaster City Council. Planning Application 18/00335/FUL Chapel Lane will NOT be discussed at the Planning Meeting on Monday 12 November. It has been deferred rather than withdrawn unfortunately. I did ask whether there is any explanation and she said that the  developers were offering more information. I was told that all those registered (9 in all) will not need to re-register and will be contacted when new date is decided. It could be as soon as December or might be January or later.

Any queries should go to Tessa Mott, tmott@lancaster.gov.uk

I guess the message is, you can't plan with planning!
