Newsbrief 5 Article on Lancaster City Council and the Floods

I am sending this out especially for those who are not on Facebook because you may have missed the following article from Virtual Lancaster regarding the assurances from Lancaster City Council on the flood risk from Bailrigg garden village. It is an excellent well balanced read that raises all the key issues.

It really is worth a read. This is especially in the light of the meetings regarding the flooding and problems it has caused called by Lancaster City Council next week:

Galgate: Tuesday 5 December 2017, Ellel Village Hall, 7.00pm

Hala: Thursday 7 December 2017, Moorside School, 6.30pm
