Gladman Planning Application for 644 Houses at Hala/Bailrigg (Council planning ref: 19/01135/OUT)

There have been many objections to this proposed residential development on the fields to the north of Bailrigg Lane between Hala and Bailrigg, from local residents and groups, and also public bodies, based on key issues such as road infrastructure, transport, flood risk, noise, air quality, pollution, destruction of landscape and wildlife habitats, and loss of visual amenity and green space.
